I General terms and conditions

1. The promotion organizer (Bizapartments) is offering renting apartments in Warsaw.
2. This promotion is created for a period of one year from the date of 07/28/2014 and can be discontinued at any time. As part of the promotion, anyone who meets the promotion conditions will receive a 5% discount to stay in apartments offered by Bizapartments under the following conditions:
– Promotion applies only to accommodations offered by Bizapartments
– Promotion applies only to nights booked through email or booking form that can be found at www.bizapartments.pl page or by sending an email to booking@bizapartments.pl
– Promotion (discount) applies only to booking accommodation for less than 5 days
– If customer will book more than 5 days discount will be calculated based on 5 days with average price from the contract
– Discount is disposable – single use only.
Promotion participant can only be an adult.

II Principles and mileage promotions

1. To participate in this promotion you need:
a. Like fan page of Bizapartments , which can be found at
www.facebook.com/bizapartments.poland
b. Share on participant’s facebook page at least one information from Bizpartments fan page.
b. Send an email with your full name to booking@bizapartments.pl with information on fulfillment of the promotion condition prior to the booking.
2. Promotion Participant taking part confirms that he is familiar with the contents of these regulations and accepts it.
3. In order to be beneficial of promotion, participant must be compliant with all terms and conditions.
4. Participants promotion is not entitled to the discount granted exchange for cash.

III Final Provisions

1. Participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to consent to the processing of data personal information in accordance with the needs of the Promotion. The personal data of participants involved in the Promotion will be processed by Bizapartments accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of personal data of 29 August 1997 to the extent necessary to carry out Promotion.
2. The organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of these Regulations in any time for any reason. Changes may not infringe rights acquired by Participants.
3. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.bizapartments.pl in electronic form. The organizer reserves the Promotion right to modify the provisions of the Regulations. In this case, the changed Regulations will be posted with the modifications on the website www.bizapartments.pl
4. Terms and conditions of this promotion are described above. Every participant will be clear from the fact that the participant has read the Rules and accepts its content.
