How can I make apartment booking?

Booking can be made by filling out form form or by sending an email to booking@bizapartments.pl

When can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in time: 16:00
Check out: 11:00

How can I pay for the booking?

Payment can be made in cash on the spot or by money transferred into our bank account.

Is the apartment equipped with towels and bed linen?

Yes, Apartment is equipped with towels and linen.

Are the prices quoted on the website are final?

Essentially price list is valid all year, but we reserve the right to change prices during high season.

How do I pick up the keys to the apartment?

The keys to the apartment should be picked up after 15:00 at the arrival day upon the agreement with owner.

How do I return the keys?

Keys should be return before 11:00 at the departure day upon arrangement with owner.

Is it possible late check-out and early check-in?

Yes, Such a possibility exists, depending on the availability of the apartment – just ask.

Is the loss of a key additionally charge?

There is associated cost for loss of key – 150PLN.

Is it possible to insert additional baby Cots?

An extra bed for children is possible by prior arrangement – just ask.

Is Wi-Fi available at the apartment?

At the entire apartment there is free internet access (wireless Wi-Fi)

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at our apartments.
